Participant14-year-old Palestinian boy and two others killed
Three Palestinians, including two teens aged 14 and 18, were killed by Israeli military fire during clashes along the border fence in central and eastern Gaza, the Strip’s Health Ministry said today.
The ministry identified the 14-year-old boy as Mohammad Naif Al-Houm and said he was shot in the chest near Al-Bureij refugee camp. The 18-year old was identifed as Iyad Khalil Ahmad Ashar.
A total of 190 Palestinians have been injured in the clashes, the ministry said, 47 of whom by Israeli fire. According to the ministry, an 11-year-old Palestinian boy was seriously injured in clashes near Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The ministry named him as Yosef Abu Zarifa.
Just another Friday under Israeli occupation.

KeymasterWith the legal troubles facing Netanyahu and now this from the UN things might. . . MIGHT improve for the Palestinians.
But Trump/Bolton/Pompeo – possibly on orders from Sheldon Adelson are causing bigger problems for Palestinian people.
Just the other day, they closed Jerusalem’s US Consulate which was the last re,aining mission through which Palestinians could talk to our US government.
We might as well have Netanyahu running our State Department when it comes to the ME.

The United States is identified as Israel’s strongest ally and apologist. Billions of dollars are given to Israel annually by American taxpayers. Closing the Jerusalem consulate is a logical consequence of opening the embassy there and the recognition of the city as the capital of Israel. I cannot see any advantage for Palestinians in talking to the Americans.

ParticipantIDF says three Palestinians in a car which hit soldiers in the occupied West Bank today were all “terrorists”
The Israeli military described the incident at the entrance of Kafr N’ima village near Ramallah as a Palestinian car-ramming attack in which two assailants were shot dead and a third was slightly wounded when one soldier was critically injured and a “border” policeman was also slightly harmed.

What is interesting in the Israeli coverage of this breaking news is that the incident is assumed to be a deliberate car-ramming and not a road traffic accident. Also, the passengers are called terrorists. What ought to be kept in mind, apart from the IDF being an occupation army, is that soldiers have opened fire on Palestinians frequently, with the excuse that they sought to carry out car-ramming attacks.

The Gazan health ministry said early Thursday that Saif al-Din Abu Zaid, 15, “succumbed to wounds he sustained a few hours ago on the border region east of Gaza City.”

KeymasterWhat a barbaric rightwing regime this motherfucker Netanyahu runs:

During the protests, sniper bullets that are designed to kill a target at a distance of more than a kilometre were fired on protesters from just a couple of hundred metres, causing devastating injuries. Patients with such injuries usually require five to nine surgeries before their wounds could heal and their treatment takes a minimum of two years to complete. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health’s Limb Salvage Unit, there are between 800 and 1,200 young Palestinian men currently awaiting reconstructive surgery in Gaza.
Earlier this month, an experts meeting was held by Doctors without Borders (known by its French initials, MSF) in Brussels to discuss the burden of providing reconstructive surgery to these patients. Ironically, by the end of the first day of the MSF meeting on March 22, another 181 Palestinians had been wounded in Gaza, some of them by live ammunition.
At the MSF meeting, Palestinian surgeons from Gaza’s largest hospital Shifa described how the majority of those injured by Israeli snipers were shot in the lower thigh/back of knee where a single bullet can damage nerves, arteries and the knee joint all at once. The prevalence of such hard to treat injuries, reminiscent of the ones sustained by Northern Ireland’s “kneecapping” victims during the Troubles, demonstrate how Israeli snipers shoot not only to temporarily immobilise their targets, but also to inflict long-term damage.

KeymasterIsrael to approve over 1,400 settler units in West Bank: Report
Israeli officials were expected to approve more than 1,400 new settlement units on Sunday and to announce plans to build thousands more next week in the occupied West Bank, a report says.
The Palestinian Ma’an news agency, citing a report by the Israeli daily Haaretz, said on Sunday that an Israeli body overseeing settlement construction was expected to approve the building of 1,427 settler units across the West bank later in the day.
Ma’an also quoted some unnamed sources as saying that the Israeli body would also announce plans to construct 3,500 other settler units and possibly approve an additional 1,500 ones in the region in the coming week.
Since 1967, the Israeli regime has been uprooting Palestinians from their homes under various pretexts, grabbing more and more land.

KeymasterIsrael has so far occupied over 85% of Palestinian land: Report
A new report says Israel has so far occupied more than 85 percent or some 27,000 square kilometers of historical territories of Palestine in an expropriation process which still continues unabated.
Ola Awad, the president of the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), announced the grim news in a report carried by the Palestinian Ma’an news agency on Thursday, the eve of the 43rd anniversary of the Land Day.
In late March of 1976, Israeli troops killed six Palestinians, wounded 100 others and detained hundreds more who had held peaceful demonstrations against Israel’s confiscation of 21,000 dunams (5,189 acres) of their land.
Palestinians, both at home and overseas, have been marking the event known as the Land Day with rallies and remembrance ever since.
According to the report, Palestinians now live on and own only 15 percent of their ancestral land.

It is an apartheid state. It has different laws for Jewish Israelis and non Jewish Israelis too who are treated like crap.

Netanyahu pushes to define Israel as nation state of Jewish people only
Binyamin Netanyahu will push ahead with a rare change to Israel’s basic laws – which amount to the country’s constitution – to insist Israel is “the nation state of one people only – the Jewish people – and of no other people”.
At Sunday’s weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu said the civil rights of minorities, including Arabs, would be guaranteed, and the move was vital at a time when aspects of Israel’s legitimacy were “under a constant and increasing assault from abroad and at home”.

‘Arresting children here is becoming normal’ — Palestinians and Israeli rights groups record life in divided city
(CNN)The day before we met, human rights campaigner Aref Jaber recorded the arrest of a 9-year-old Palestinian boy, taken out of school in the West Bank city of Hebron by armed Israeli soldiers.
His footage shows soldiers inside Ziad Jaber elementary school, arguing with the school principal and other teachers, as they attempt to remove Zein Idris and his 7-year-old brother Taim.
At one point on the video, one of the teachers is told that if he does not let go of Zein, the soldier will break the teacher’s arm.
The age of criminal culpability in Israel — under both civilian and military law — is 12, but when the principal points out that the brothers are just young children, an Israeli officer replies, “They threw stones, I don’t care how old they are.”" All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force. Participant3 Palestinian boys and 1 man shot dead on Saturday
Tens of thousands of Palestinian protesters gathered at the Gaza border Saturday to mark the first anniversary of demonstrations calling on Israel to ease its blockade on the territory.
Gaza health officials report one 20-year-old and three 17-year-old protesters were killed by Israeli troops, and dozens of protesters were rushed to the hospitals with bullet wounds.
The Israeli Jews have no sense of shame and they know they can disregard human rights because they have the full backing of the American government.

KeymasterIsraeli forces injure 80 Gazans
Israeli forces have attacked Palestinians taking part in an anti-occupation protest along the edge of the besieged Gaza Strip, leaving more than 80 people injured.
Ashraf al-Qedra, a spokesman for Gaza’s Health Ministry, said that at least 83 Palestinians had sustained various injuries during the rallies east of Gaza and along a fence separating the enclave from occupied lands on Friday.
The rallies have been held every week since March 30 last year. The Palestinians demand the right to return for those driven out of their homeland by Israeli aggression. Israeli troops have killed over 260 Palestinians since the beginning of the rallies — called the “Great March of Return” — and wounded 26,000 others, according to the Gazan Health Ministry.
A United Nations (UN) fact-finding mission found earlier that Israeli forces committed rights violations during their crackdown against the Palestinian protesters in Gaza that may amount to war crimes.
