A KDKA reporter described “an exchange of gunfire between the police and suspect on the third floor” and “two officers shot in that exchange of gunfire”. The gunman was injured and surrendered after negotiation, the station said.
The station reported that the suspect was “white male [with] a beard” and said he “walked in yelling ‘All Jews must die’”. The station later named the suspect as Robert Bowers.

Trump’s out rallying his deplorable racist into a frenzy of anger and hate.
Shouldn’t he be canceling his hate rallies today?

Fan the flames. Does it really make you feel better?

Consider Australia’s example.
In 1996, a 28-year-old man walked into a cafe in Port Arthur, Australia, ate lunch, pulled a semiautomatic rifle out of his bag, and opened fire on the crowd, killing 35 people and wounding 23 more. It was the worst mass shooting in Australia’s history.
Australian lawmakers responded with legislation that, among other provisions, banned certain types of firearms, such as automatic and semiautomatic rifles and shotguns. The Australian government confiscated 650,000 of these guns through a mandatory buyback program, in which it purchased firearms from gun owners. It established a registry of all guns owned in the country and required a permit for all new firearm purchases. (This is much further than bills typically proposed in the US, which almost never make a serious attempt to immediatelyreduce the number of guns in the country.)
Australia’s firearm homicide rate dropped by about 42 percent in the seven years after the law passed, and its firearm suicide rate fell by 57 percent, according to a review of the evidenceby Harvard researchers.

In January, an account an account linked to Mr. Bowers was created on Gab, a social network that bills itself as a haven for free speech. The app, which grew out of claims of anti-conservative bias on Facebook and Twitter, is a popular gathering place for alt-right activists and white nationalists whose views are unwelcome on other services.
Early members included the right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulous and Andrew Anglin, the founder of the neo-Nazi Daily Stormer website.
Mr. Bowers’s Gab feed was dominated by references to Jews and Judaism. Several weeks ago, Mr. Bowers’ account posted a link to the website of HIAS, a Jewish nonprofit organization that helps resettle refugees, which was planning a shabbat ceremony for refugees in locations around the country. The caption read: “Why hello there HIAS! You like to bring in hostile invaders to dwell among us?”
And hours before the shooting, the account posted again: “HIAS likes to bring invaders in that kill our people. I can’t sit by and watch my people get slaughtered. Screw your optics, I’m going in.”
On Saturday, after Mr. Bowers was named as a suspect in the shooting, Gab confirmed that the name on the account, which was verified, matched the name of the alleged gunman.

A runaway immigration policy of “anybody and everybody can come in” apparently got this guy fired up.

Trump’s anti-immigrant rhetoric to energize his white supremacist base is today’s reason. Trump should be impeached and arrested on national security grounds. He and his cult are now the biggest threat to the security of the American people.
CNN and MSNBC identified the suspect as a 46-year-old Pittsburgh man, Robert Bowers. Reuters could not immediately confirm the suspect’s identity.
A social media post by someone with that name on Saturday said the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society “likes to bring invaders in that kill our people. I can’t sit by and watch my people get slaughtered. Screw your optics, I’m going in.”
MSNBC said the attacker was armed with AR-15 rifle and two handguns.October 27, 2018 at 12:23 #3572October 27, 2018 at 12:32 #3573
I wonder what Trump and his terrorist base would do after November 7th if Dems win the House.
Will Trump declare civil war against the majority of Americans who do not condone his fascism and violent racism?October 27, 2018 at 12:33 #3574
Hitler didn't kill people himself. He held hundreds of rallies to incite violence and hatred. He was a sociopath coward after all, just like Trump.
The similarities are GLARING.

As terrible as it is, at least 8 dead, the Jews kill that many almost every day across the Palestine border, and that hardly gets a mention in US media, just like the school in Syria that was bombed by US planes a few years back, 196 kids and their teachers murdered………hardly a mention in the US news…………
U.S. airstrikes have killed more and more civilians in Iraq and Syria …
30 mars 2017 – … late 2015, Donald Trump pledged to “bomb the shit” out of ISIS if he became president. … of civilian deaths from U.S. strikes in Syria and Iraq have hit an all- time high. … In March of last year, 196 civilians were reported killed. … These include reported attacks on a school and a mosque in Syria

Mr. President, please tone down your rhetoric and anti-immigrant/xenophobic rallies.
Some in your base is apparently translating that into terror/violence against American people.

How long has it been since the U.S. has had an “anybody and everybody” immigration policy? You’re now making excuses for a trumptard murderer?

For national security reasons, mainstream media should stop covering the hateful rallies of Trump.
Intentionally or unintentionally, the hate, bigotry and xenophobia is leading to terrorist acts carried out by his cult.
